Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently following department protocols
• Verifies patient identification and ensures orders are acknowledged prior to imaging
• Documents imaging procedures and patient information in the electronic health record and uploads to PACS
• Maintains patient safety, comfort, and infection control during imaging
• Monitors imaging materials and coordinates inventory replenishment as needed
• Adheres to all policies and standards and maintains reliable attendance
