Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for per diem shifts in Englewood, NJ. Under supervision, you will coordinate and perform ultrasound procedures and assist radiologists with technical aspects of each exam.

You will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced clinical environment, contributing to high-quality patient care while maintaining flexibility with variable hours and assignment locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a general ultrasound technologist required.
• New graduates will be considered.
• ARDMS certification and SPI certification eligibility will be considered.

Job Summary:
Under general supervision and direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor/Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination and performance of ultrasound procedures as ordered by the physician. They will provide assistance to the Radiologist/physicians as requested with the technical factors involved in such ordered procedures. The candidate will work with a dynamic team of Radiologists to enrich the candidates knowledge while gaining valuable work experience in a supportive, fast-paced, professional, and collaborative environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a general ultrasound technologist required. New graduates will be considered.

Education Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or higher required

License/Certification/Registry:

• ARDMS required


• SPI Certification and ARDMS eligibility will be considered


• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
