AdventHealth Daytona Beach - 301 Memorial Medical Pkwy, Daytona Beach, 32117

The role you’ll contribute:

Performs CT and MRI imaging procedures, assists radiologists in special procedures such as biopsies, maintains records, obtains patient clinical history, and performs related tasks including darkroom, clerical, transport functions, and standby call. Performs basic patient care within scope of practice, adheres to compliance and regulatory standards, and supports the department as needed.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Performs ultrasound imaging of abdominal, pelvic, OB, trans-vaginal, small parts (thyroid, testicular), breast, vascular imaging, and Doppler studies.
• Positions patients and equipment to obtain optimal images, notes velocities, measures structures, and documents clinical history for accurate interpretation.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance and sterilization of transducers.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
