Job summary

Bronson Battle Creek is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for part-time scheduling. The role performs a range of non-invasive ultrasound scans on various body parts, with emphasis on patient safety and accurate image acquisition.

Nice to have ARDMS registry eligibility and experience, with on-site responsibilities and a variable weekend schedule. Hospital-based program certification is acceptable along with an associate degree in radiology-related fields.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Ultrasound/Sonography required or registry eligible.
• Hospital-based certificate or associate degree in Radiology-related field accepted.
• BLS certification expected within 6–12 months after hire; ARDMS registries encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment and perform non-invasive scans.
• Position patients and explain examinations for accurate results.
• Maintain sterile technique and cleanliness of rooms.
• Document patient data accurately in the system.
• Provide courteous, patient-focused service and communication.
• Assist radiologist and perform quality control on equipment.
