Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for Per Diem/Day Shift to perform ultrasound examinations per physician orders using advanced equipment, considering patient age-related needs.

Required qualifications include ARDMS certification eligibility, Oregon Sonographer license (temporary acceptable at hire), and BLS. New graduates must obtain ARDMS within 6 months.

Formación

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or Oregon Sonographer Temporary.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
• Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment, taking into account individual patient's special or age-related needs.
