Qualifications

• Successful completion of Ultrasound training program and eligible for ARDMS registry exam.
• Within 1 year of hire, obtain ARDMS National Certification.
• Upon hire, maintain BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern.

Responsibilities

• Performs sonographic examinations (OB/GYN, abdominal, small parts).
• Assists radiologist during invasive procedures.
• Makes clinical judgments based on referring physician information, medical records, patient interview, and assessments.
