Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform OB/GYN, abdominal, and small parts ultrasound examinations on-site at Mill Creek. You will assist the radiologist during invasive procedures and make clinical judgments using patient information from physicians, medical records, and interviews.

Minimum qualifications include ARDMS registry eligibility, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Ultrasound training program meeting ARDMS registry eligibility.
• Within 1 year of hire: ARDMS registry eligibility or certification.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association at hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN, abdominal, and small parts ultrasound examinations.
• Assist radiologist during invasive procedures.
• Make clinical judgments based on patient data, records, and interviews.
