Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR is seeking a full-time Ultrasound Technologist for night shift. A $8,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment.

Performs ultrasound examinations per physician orders using advanced equipment, while accounting for patient age-related needs and clinical considerations. Oregon licensure and ARDMS certification are required or in progress according to policy.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for ARDMS certification.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer OR license.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer Temporary license.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: ARDMS certification.
• New graduates must be board eligible and obtain ARDMS within 6 months of hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing ultrasound equipment and considering individual patient needs.
