Job summary

Premier Health Partners seeks an Ultrasound Technologist for the MVH Ultrasound unit. The PRN on-site role requires independent performance of diagnostic ultrasound and interventional procedures, with patient flow coordination and strong adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include image quality assessment, history intake, QC, and collaboration with radiologists. Registration in ARDMS/ARRT and BLS within 30 days of hire are required.

Qualifications

• Credentialed in ultrasound technology by ARDMS or ARRT.
• Vascular registry required by hire date or within specified timeframe.
• BLS certification due within 30 days of hire.
• No prior experience required; 2 years' preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures per protocol.
• Coordinate patient flow and department activities.
• Assist Radiologist in procedures and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and QC compliance.
• Educate patients about exams and document findings accurately.
