Qualifications

• Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Current certification in ultrasound technology (ARDMS or equivalent).
• Proficiency in general imaging ultrasound procedures and sonographic techniques.
• Experience conducting diagnostic examinations and producing high-quality images.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality general ultrasound imaging examinations according to physicians’ orders.
• Prepare and position patients to ensure optimal imaging results and patient comfort.
• Analyze and present findings to radiologists or referring physicians for interpretation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures comprehensively.
• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of ultrasound equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Support a positive patient experience by offering compassionate care and clear explanations.
