Job summary

K.A. Recruiting, Inc. is actively seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to operate ultrasound equipment, capture diagnostic images, and support high-quality patient care in a Missouri clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or certificate in diagnostic medical sonography, with RDMS or RDCS preferred, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork with radiologists and healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in diagnostic medical sonography or related field.
• RDMS or RDCS certification preferred.
• State licensure or certification as required by regulations.
• Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasound Examinations: prepare patients, operate equipment, adjust settings, and assist in diagnosis or fetal monitoring.
• Image Analysis and Documentation: review images, document findings, and communicate with radiologists.
• Equipment Maintenance and Quality Control: perform calibration and quality checks; report issues.
• Patient Care and Communication: provide compassionate care and explain procedures.
• Continuing Education and Professional Development: stay updated on technology and regulations; maintain licensure.
