Qualifications

• Coursework/training in diagnostic ultrasound or equivalent education/experience.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: New Mexico Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program License (Facility Managed) - if practicing within this state.
• 1 year experience as an Ultrasonographer.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures to assist the physician in diagnosing and treating illness and disease.
• Coordinate with the Diagnostic Supervisor, Manager or Director to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.
• Contribute to the patient care team by maintaining professional standards and documentation.
