Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Memorial Health - Women's Care in Savannah seeks an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to provide specialized diagnostic ultrasound services. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, day shift, with no nights, no on-call, no weekends, and no holidays.

You will perform diagnostic procedures, schedule patients, position patients and transducers, manage imaging data and records, maintain equipment, and uphold the organization’s Code of Conduct and Mission and Values statements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of ultrasound technologist experience.
• Current ARRT or ARDMS diagnostic ultrasound certification.
• State license to perform imaging procedures as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures as directed by physicians.
• Schedule patients for ultrasonic diagnostic procedures.
• Position patients and select the appropriate transducer.
• Conduct scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment and adjust focus.
• Process and document tests, develop film, and maintain records.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and report faults.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and Mission and Values statements.
