Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join the Ultrasound Unit. This full-time day-shift position performs diagnostic imaging for patients across all ages and works with radiologists to support accurate assessments.

The role emphasizes quality control and teamwork, offering opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to departmental improvements within a compassionate care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have completed diagnostic ultrasound program approved by relevant accrediting body or equivalent education/experience.
• ARDMS certification upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures according to department standards for all patient ages.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other staff to ensure accurate assessments.
• Participate in quality control and call schedules to meet staffing needs.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced sonographers.
