Rutland Regional Medical Center in Vermont is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform ultrasound imaging exams under radiologist supervision, with proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy and patient care.
Must have ARDMS certification or eligible (certification within the first year) and BLS, plus ongoing CE credits. Experience across abdomen, OB/GYN, pelvic, transvaginal, breast, carotid/venous and small parts is preferred. Uses RIS/PACS/HIS to record and disseminate results.
Under the supervision of a radiologist, provider or department leadership, competently performs ultrasound imaging examinations and procedures. Must have the ability to recognize cross-sectional anatomy. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and complying with hospital policies and procedures. Uses the RIS/PACS and HIS for proper recording of patient exams and dissemination of patient results.
Pay Range = $38.91 - $56.68
