Ultrasound Technologist at Providence

Join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital as an Ultrasound Technologist. Perform ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment, while considering individual patient's needs.

Required Qualifications

• Education meeting certification, license, or registration requirements
• Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Oregon Sonographer license upon hire, or Oregon Sonographer Temporary license
• National Provider BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
• Within 6 months of hire: obtain National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire; OBMI temporary license required initially

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound
• 2 years of OBGYN sonography experience for specific job codes
