Salary Range: $34.00 To $51.71 Hourly
Vein Centers of CT is a highly regarded practice that prides itself in providing the highest quality of care in diagnosing and treating varicose veins and spider veins. We are seeking a Per Diem, Vascular Ultrasound Technologist in our Wallingford and Bristol locations.
Compensation: MRA offers competitive starting compensation based on qualifications and experience. The compensation range for this position is: Min: $34.00 Max: $51.71
Schedules patients and operates equipment to perform diagnostic medical sonograms in accordance with protocols in order to assist the physician in diagnosis and treatment. Follows established policies and procedures set by the department, hospital, state, ACR, TJC, and OSHA.

Requirements
Current ARDMS and RVT certification (or seeking vascular certification) with ultrasound experience
Must work well with all team members, including physicians, PA/APRN, and other clinical and administrative staff
Must demonstrate computer skills as well as excellent communication and patient care skills. Epic EHR experience a plus
Physical Requirement of the job include being able to stand, sit, walk, bend and crouch. Requires direct patient contact with exposure to blood and body fluids.
