Premier Radiology in Tennessee is seeking a qualified ultrasound technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound exams, ensure patient safety, and support radiologists with image-guided procedures. You will manage workflow, documentation, and maintain QA with adherence to ACR standards.

The ideal candidate holds CPR certification and ARDMS registry (AB, OB/GYN, RVT) or registry-eligible with attainment within one year.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Performs high-quality ultrasound exams using proper techniques, equipment settings, and independent judgment to capture accurate diagnostic images
• Ensures patient care and safety, including preparation, positioning, communication, and adherence to universal precautions
• Supports radiologists with image-guided procedures (e.g., paracentesis, thoracentesis, hysterosonograms)
• Manages workflow and documentation, including RIS/PACS, scheduling coordination, patient communication, and accurate recordkeeping
• Maintains quality control and compliance, including equipment QA, ACR standards, and ongoing professional development

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) recognized by the American Heart Association
• Current registry by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) (or must be registry-eligible and obtain registry within one year of employment in technologist position)
• Must be registered through ARDMS with AB, OB/GYN and RVT (Practice and State Specific
