Indiana University Health is seeking a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at West Hospital. This role involves providing diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound, ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant experience and needs to be certified through AHA. Specialties may require certain ARDMS or ARRT certifications. This position includes a weekend shift differential and sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Location: West Hospital
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
We are seeking a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at West Hospital.
This role qualifies for a weekend shift differential, offering additional compensation for weekend hours.

Provides diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound to generate images of patients' internal organs, tissues, and blood flow. Responsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment. Evaluates images for diagnostic quality and makes necessary adjustments to capture the best possible images. Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information. Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures by explaining the process, positioning patients correctly, and adjusting equipment as needed. Familiar with current scan protocols. Maintains compliance with high level disinfection practices. Assists with minimally invasive procedures as needed. Possesses familiarity with ultrasound contrast indications and administration practices. Provides intraoperative ultrasound as requested.
