Job Summary
The OBGYN department of Michigan Medicine seeks an experienced, ARRDMS certified Ultrasound Technician to perform Gynecologic ultrasounds, including assessment of pelvic anatomy i.e. uterine and ovarian, sonohysterograms, saline-infusion sonograms, as well as early first trimester obstetric ultrasounds for community-based clinical research projects. The Ultrasound Technician will serve as an integral member of a large Women's Health and Reproductive Disparities (onWHARD) research team and provide logistical support to the study on a daily basis in the field. The primary study that scans will be done is for ?Investigating Obesity and Adiposity-Induced Alterations to the Human Endometrium.? Scans could be performed for other research projects as needed.
