Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital in Arkansas is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist/Technician to join our imaging team on a PRN basis. The role involves performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams across multiple specialties and providing compassionate patient care from newborns to older adults.

You will work with radiologists and clinical staff, ensure equipment is properly calibrated, and participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology program.
• ARDMS or ARRT(DMS) certification (or eligibility).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, high-quality sonographic exams for radiologist interpretation.
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to patients from newborns to older adults.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for physicians and clinical staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support daily department operations with reliability and professionalism.

Education

We're seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist/Technician to perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound exams across a wide range of specialties, including abdominal, OB, vascular, neonatal, pelvic, breast, and small parts.
