Job summary

Saint Mary's Regional Health System, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist/Technician to join our imaging team in Russellville, AR. You will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams across abdominal, OB, vascular, neonatal, pelvic, breast, and small parts.

This PRN position requires maintaining equipment, collaborating with radiologists and clinical staff, and contributing to ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ARDMS or ARRT(DMS) certification (or eligibility).
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, high-quality sonographic exams for radiologist interpretation.
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to patients from newborns to older adults.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for physicians and clinical staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support daily department operations with reliability and professionalism.
