St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform a full range of ultrasound exams, ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate documentation for interpretation.

You will position patients and equipment, and transmit images to PACS. Required RDMS/ARRT certification, accredited program graduation, BCLS, and solid computer skills; prior ultrasound experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $40.54 to $52.89 per hour.

• Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. Positions patient and equipment and produce an appropriate recording. The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.

• RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
