Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown in Georgia is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform a wide range of ultrasound studies under supervision. The role includes pelvic, abdominal, small parts, and vascular imaging with potential for breast ultrasound and interventional guidance.

You will prepare preliminary findings and provide patient care for neonatal through geriatric populations across diverse age groups.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in an accredited ultrasound program per CA AHEP or CMA requirements.
• Minimum 1 year as a student in an accredited ultrasound program.
• BCLS/BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform pelvic, abdominal and vascular ultrasound exams per standards.
• Assist with deep Doppler, breast ultrasound and guided interventional procedures.
• Prepare preliminary findings for review by radiologists or lead technologists.
• Provide patient care across neonatal to geriatric age groups.
