Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Tech to perform ultrasound procedures with clinical judgment and patient-centered care. This role supports the imaging department and collaborates with radiology staff to deliver timely diagnostic imaging.

The Ultrasound Technologist will maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in quality assurance, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• RDMS credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures and radiology tasks with independent judgment.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Ultrasound Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require rational independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative in performing Ultrasounds and Radiology procedures with basic departmental functions and goals.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Sonographer
• Associate Degree
• (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
