Graduate from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with ARDMS registration within 90 days, and BLS within 90 days. Collaborate with radiologists, enter data into PACS/RIS, and support QC/PI activities for ACR accreditation.

Summary/Objective
The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for the provision of ultrasonic diagnostic procedures to patients according to physicians orders and protocols. This Clinical position requires skills and experience in providing patient safety and providing high quality testing. The Ultrasound Technologist must support the mission of providing Sacred Work to all who enter the doors of Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas.

Required Education and Experience
Graduate from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
Required License/Certifications
Current registration with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Certification (ARDMS) within 90 days
Basic Life Support certification (BLS) within 90 days
