Job summary

Universal Health Services in Aiken, SC is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for full-time night shift (8pm–6:30am) to support multiple imaging departments at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. The role requires ARDMS registry, an Associate degree in Radiography or Sonography, and at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities include room setup, equipment checks, obtaining diagnostic images, PACS transmission, and assisting radiologists. Benefits and on-call rotation apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Radiography or Sonography from a CAAHEP approved program.
• Experience: One year preferred; ARDMS registry and BLS required or within 90 days.
• Licensing: ARDMS registry; BLS or within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare room, equipment, and materials for procedures and maintain stock.
• Perform general ultrasound procedures and capture images for radiologist interpretation.
• Send images to PACS and ensure timely availability for reading.
• Assist Radiologists during procedures and rotate to other imaging areas as needed.
