Job summary

System Support in Troy, OH seeks an Ultrasound technologist to independently perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and ultrasound-directed interventional procedures in accordance with established protocols. The role includes coordinating patient flow, upholding professional standards, and maintaining equipment within the imaging department.

Candidates must be ARDMS- or ARRT-credentialed, with vascular credentials (RVT or RVS) and an additional ARDMS registry in Abdomen, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Allied Health with focus on Ultrasonography.
• Credentialed in Ultrasound technology (ARDMS or ARRT).
• Vascular credential (ARDMS RVT or CCI RVS) is required or must be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Minimum one additional registry in Abdomen, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast or Vascular as approved by ARDMS.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures per established protocols.
• Perform ultrasound-directed interventional procedures as trained.
• Coordinate patient flow and department activities.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and participate in quality assurance.
• May perform procedures in other imaging modalities as needed; may have on-call responsibilities.
