Qualifications

• Formal ultrasound technology training meeting ARDMS certification requirements.
• 1–2 years of ultrasound and vascular technology experience.
• ARDMS Certified or certified eligible; CPR.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations as directed.
• Follows proper protocol and maintenance for equipment.
• Documents examination information accurately and completely.
• Obtains patient history and ensures proper patient identification.
• Executes QC procedures and optimizes patient positioning for best results.
• Performs additional related tasks as assigned.
