Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasound Technician to provide ultrasound services for abortion care in Saint Paul, MN. The role is per diem with approximately 32 hours per month and requires ARDMS/RDMS certification or equivalent, BLS, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for healthcare providers.
• ARDMS, RDMS, or CAAHEP/ARRT-accredited ultrasound program or credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound medical services per Medical Standards and Guidelines.
• Perform transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound for gestational dating, abortion follow-up, and IUC localization.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with ultrasound equipment and facility readiness.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all state abortion service regulations.

Education
