Job summary

Qualifications

• First or second year student in ARDMS CAHEP accredited diagnostic medical sonography program.
• CPR certification required; computer usage experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Properly identifies patient and exam/modality with care.
• Assists in setting up ultrasound examinations and procedures.
• Under supervision, does not perform exams independently.
• Assists by transporting patients, preparing rooms, and obtaining patient histories.
• Supports staff in invasive procedure setups with sterile technique and proper disposal.
