Job summary

Essentia Health Virginia Hospital in Virginia, MN is seeking a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound exams for physician diagnosis using advanced equipment.

Applicants should graduate from a CAHEA-accredited sonography program with ARDMS registry eligibility; must obtain ARDMS within 12 months and achieve Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular credentials within 24 months. The position offers a rotating Day/Eve/Night schedule, weekend call, and a possible remote/hybrid option.

Qualifications

• CAHEA-accredited program graduate; ARDMS registry eligible.
• Registered by ARDMS within 1 year of hire.
• ABDomen, OB/GYN and Vascular certifications within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Participate in rotating Day/Eve/Night shifts with weekend call.
