Job summary

Medasource is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for the Ultrasound Unit at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. The role requires NH licensure and RDMS/BLS certification with experience across general, vascular, OB-GYN ultrasound.

Unit features four ultrasound rooms, multiple shifts including day, second, and night, and a patient mix from pediatrics to geriatric. The department uses Allscripts EMR and InteleRad PACS; equipment includes Siemens and GE systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy and pathology with ability to recognize normal from abnormal findings.
• Basic scanning skills with good understanding of sonographic physics and techniques.
• Clinical hospital experience with exposure to general, vascular, and OB-GYN sonography.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations across specified modalities for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Ensure patient care, safety and comfort, while adhering to department policies.
• Maintain equipment and document procedures in EMR.
