Job summary

Parkland Health's WISH Clinic seeks an experienced Manager, Ultrasound to lead a high-volume OB/GYN imaging service within a large tertiary system. You will supervise staff, manage resources, and partner with physicians and IT to optimize EMR/PACS-driven workflows.

Responsibilities include quality, budget oversight, and implementing performance improvements while ensuring safe patient care and outstanding service in a complex acute care environment.

Qualifications

  • RDMS with OB/GYN or FE; ARDMS certification required.
  • Associate degree in Sonography; Bachelor's in health care or business preferred.
  • 8 years healthcare experience including 2 years leadership.
  • Current BLS CPR certification required.
  • Strong supervisory, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ultrasound staff and resources to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate with physicians, administration, and IT for EMR/PACS and workflow optimization.
  • Develop budgets, monitor costs, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing, safety, and quality standards.
  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration to meet Parkland's goals.
