Job summary

Parkland Health is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to organize and coordinate clinical and technical radiology services, ensuring timely, high-quality patient care across modalities. You will lead staff, manage workflow, and optimize operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires ARDMS OB/GYN registration with FE or RCS credentials, an accredited sonography education, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited imaging program in Sonography.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field preferred.
• Must be ARDMS-registered for OB/GYN; FE and/or RCS credentials are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical and technical radiology services to ensure timely, quality patient care.
• Oversee staff performance, training, scheduling, and workflow across modality areas.
• Monitor quality, safety, compliance, and regulatory standards within radiology operations.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administration to optimize patient access and service delivery.
• Provide guidance on equipment availability, maintenance, and process improvements.
