Job summary

Mount Aloysius College invites applications for a temporary, full-time Interim Instructor position in the Ultrasonography Department. The successful candidate will teach labs and introductory theory courses, and remain on campus to engage with students beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities include coordinating clinical education, evaluating clinical experiences, and documenting student progress to ensure clinical competence, under the Ultrasonography Department Chairperson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical imaging required.
• Ultrasound credentials in Abdominal, Breast and OB/GYN required.
• Adult Echocardiography credential is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time sonography experience.
• Teaching experience in the clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach labs and introductory theory courses.
• Coordinate clinical education and supervise clinical experiences.
• Evaluate and document student progress and performance.
• Engage with students on campus as needed.
• Report to Ultrasonography Department Chairperson.
