Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in Ultrasonography is required.
• Abdomen/Small parts, OB/GYN, Vascular and Neurosonography experience preferred.
• Must pass OB/GYN registry within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of three years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ultrasound department across Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital.
• Oversee scheduling and imaging to ensure smooth daily operations and quality services.
• Ensure compliance with ACR, ICAVL, and other regulatory standards.
• Assist with budgeting to maintain cost-effective operations.
• Develop and supervise staff performance and cross-training within Ultrasound.
