Job summary

Community Health Network seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams per physician orders. You will operate imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment, ensure patient identification, education, and transport as needed, and meet documentation competencies.

Requirements include ultrasound certification (ARDMS, ARRT(S), or CCI); if licensed later, certification must be obtained within 24 months. A high school diploma or GED is required; CPR is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have ultrasound certification through ARDMS, ARRT (S), or CCI.
• If hired without a license, certification required within 24 months of employment.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation as necessary.
• Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique.
• Must meet all computer and documentation competencies.
