Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Solutions Consultant for General Imaging Ultrasound (WI). The role interfaces with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams to deliver clinical education, training, and pre-sales support across the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years radiology experience with ARDMS certification, strong ultrasound knowledge in GI and vascular, and excellent communication skills. This is a field role requiring travel and overnights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of radiology experience as ARDMS.
• Sales, teaching/in-service experience, RVT, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast, Pediatric and AB registries preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical liaison to General Imaging Ultrasound customers with Account Managers and local teams.
• Assess customer configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application training.
• Schedule demonstrations, support installation training, and troubleshoot problems.
• Position yourself as a consultant to internal and external customers and communicate with regional teams.
• Generate leads, cover tradeshows, and support installed base while maintaining customer satisfaction.
