Philips is seeking a Clinical Solutions Consultant for General Imaging Ultrasound in Wisconsin. You will bridge between Philips and customers, delivering training, pre-sales support, and tailored education programs at major teaching hospitals.

The role requires travel (including overnights) and collaboration with regional sales teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction and clinical excellence in GI and vascular ultrasound.

Competenze

• 3+ years radiology experience as an ARDMS.
• Knowledge of General Imaging and Vascular Ultrasound.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Serve as a clinical liaison to General Imaging Ultrasound customers, working with Account Managers and local teams.
• Assess customer configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and training.
• Schedule and perform demonstrations and implement system installations with training and checklists.
• Position yourself as a consultant to internal and external customers and communicate with teams.
• Generate leads, cover tradeshows, and support installed base with high customer satisfaction.
