Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant for CV Ultrasound (National-US) to lead clinical education initiatives across the United States. The role requires extensive ultrasound expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering training through on-site, virtual, and center-based formats.

Travel of 75%+ is required as the consultant supports clinicians, drives adoption of Philips Ultrasound solutions, and ensures alignment with clinical and operational needs across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience scanning in a hospital setting as a registered cardiovascular sonographer.
• RDCS registry required (RVT & AE – preferred). MBA also preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/education/sonography or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical training on Philips Ultrasound solutions through on-site instruction, Learning Centers, virtual platforms, and programs.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving clinical practices and Philips technologies to keep training current.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence projects.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to drive improvement of products and outcomes.
• Develop advanced educational content using adult learning principles for diverse learners.
• Lead multidisciplinary improvement initiatives to design innovative training solutions.
