Aman Group is seeking a driven sales leader for Aman Residences in the Southwest. You will drive sales initiatives for ultra-luxury residences, analyze market data, and refine pricing strategies.

You will collaborate with development partners and senior executives to reach ambitious regional goals and close high-end real estate transactions. The role requires strong team leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage budgets and travel to project sites and Aman hotels as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years in ultra-luxury product or real estate sales.
• Experience in regional Real Estate and Luxury Development markets is preferred.
• Proven ability to sell premium property and manage a sales team.

Responsabilités

• Represent sales and marketing initiatives for Aman Residences in the Southwest region.
• Provide competitive analysis and key metrics for the region.
• Collaborate with executives to set sales goals and close high-end transactions.
• Manage budgets, training, and regular status updates with partners and leadership.
