Job summary

Podium Automation seeks a QC Technician to own the quality of each panel leaving the factory. You will verify builds against DTM drawings, perform power-off and power-on tests, and maintain workmanship standards. Expect to obtain UL 508A MTR qualification within months and work with engineering to drive better designs and processes.

You will inspect panels, verify compliance, document nonconformances, and track data to prevent recurrence and improve fixtures and production methods.

Qualifications

• Inspect panels against drawings, BOMs, and wire lists.
• Verify UL 508A compliance on every build.
• Perform power-off and power-on testing to validate functionality.
• Document nonconformances and drive root-cause analysis.
• Track defect data to improve processes and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Own inspection procedures and test documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering to implement design improvements.
• Ensure labeling, wiring, and component placement meet specs.
• Support continuous improvement of testing tools and software.
