Shield AI in Dallas, TX seeks a Ukraine Training Manager to lead the training program supporting Ukraine, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and compliance with POIs while meeting contractual requirements. You will oversee instructor staffing, deployment logistics, and coordination with NATO and Ukrainian counterparts, shaping the cadre and improving course delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operational leadership in military, defense contracting, or field operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring operational teams in dynamic or austere environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders for mission-critical activities.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with force protection, export compliance, and deployed logistics operations.
• Technical acumen to manage field-level integration of new technologies.
• Operational/advisory experience in Ukraine and leadership in forward-deployed theaters.
• Experience working with NATO or partner forces in an official capacity.
• Fluent or working knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily execution of training and sustainment operations with the MD and field teams.
• Interface with Ukrainian and NATO counterparts for planning, mission execution, and issue resolution.
• Manage deployment cycles and theater movement of personnel and required logistics.
• Oversee intelligence and operations fusion for timely analysis to support mission planning.
• Ensure force protection, export compliance, and risk mitigation procedures are followed.
• Support integration of new technologies into operational environments.
• Coordinate across training, logistics, and sustainment lines to enable successful outcomes.
