ManpowerGroup is seeking a UKG Scheduling Systems Analyst in Foster City, CA. As a Data Analyst on the Workforce Management team, you will bring hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling expertise to assess and improve our scheduling configuration.

You will review current setup, identify gaps, configure approved changes, test and refine results, and document decisions for ongoing maintenance. The role offers benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring or optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling.
• Experience assessing an existing scheduling configuration and validating results.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into configuration or functional requirements.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to data quality.

From reviewing how UKG is set up today to translating operational needs into clear configuration recommendations, you'll help ensure schedules are accurate, efficient, and ready to support real‑world operations.

Pay Range:$60-$65/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Review the current UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling configuration to understand how schedule generation supports operational needs.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve schedule generation by evaluating existing patterns, shift assignments, templates, rules, and scheduling parameters.
• Configure and support implementation of approved UKG changes, then test, validate, and refine configuration based on results and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate workforce and operational requirements into configuration recommendations and functional requirements for technical partners.
• Document configuration decisions, testing outcomes, and recommendations so the WFM team can maintain and continuously improve the setup after the contract assignment.

What's Needed?

• Hands‑on experience configuring or optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling, including improving system setup (not only creating or maintaining schedules).
• Experience assessing an existing scheduling configuration, identifying improvement opportunities, and validating results after changes.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system configuration or functional requirements.
• Working knowledge of workforce forecasting or capacity planning, including how forecasted demand translates into scheduling requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data quality, plus clear communication with WFM teammates, schedulers, and technical partners.
