Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide implementations. This role requires deep architectural and integration expertise to guide large-scale, multi-country UKG deployments from strategy through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for large UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions implementations.
  

• Define and oversee system architecture and design to align with business objectives and technical best practices.
  

• Provide strategic direction across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, rollout, and hypercare.
  

• Architect and lead the configuration of modules including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Activities, Dell Boomi Integration, Device and Mobile Configuration.
  

• Integrate UKG WFM with enterprise systems using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms.
  

• Drive high-quality delivery by mentoring functional consultants and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
  

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide scalable, optimized solutions.
  

• Ensure solutions meet compliance, data integrity, and performance standards.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions, including multi-country rollout experience.
  

• Strong background in enterprise architecture, integrations, and UKG WFM best practices.
  

• Expert-level knowledge in key modules and technical configurations.
