Web Designer Senior

You will guide government clients through human-centered design methods to solve complex user experience challenges, from discovery through interface design, research, prototyping, iteration, visual design, usability, and accessibility testing. You will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are considered and met within solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
• 4+ years of professional UX/UI experience designing solutions for multi-platform digital products
• Current portfolio demonstrating skills, methods, and craft
• Experience conducting user research (interviews, workshops, heuristic evaluation, card sorting) and applying insights to design artifacts
• Experience in UI design including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and accessibility testing
• Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, integrating research and design into sprints
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin
• Desire to stay current with industry tools and best practices
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in project-based environments
• Degree or equivalent in HCD, HCI, or UX design

Location: Remote, Hybrid, or On Customer Site

Benefits & Compensation:
