Web Designer Senior

You will guide government clients through human-centered design methods to address complex user experience challenges, from discovery to interface design, including research, prototyping, iteration, visual design, and testing. You will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met within proposed solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
• 4+ years of professional UX/UI experience designing solutions for multi-platform digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating skills, methods, and tools
• Experience in user research, personas, journey maps, site maps, and information architecture
• Experience in UI design, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and accessibility testing
• Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including writing user stories
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, and other tools
• Interest in industry trends and best practices
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relevant degree or experience in HCD, HCI, or UX design
• Location: Remote, Hybrid, or On Customer Site
• US Citizenship required

The salary range is $79,747 - $104,650, based on experience and location.
