Job summary

Matrix Systems & Technologies Inc is seeking a UI Path Test Automation Engineer with active MBI clearance to join our Bowie, MD team. You will design, develop, and execute automated tests using UiPath to ensure software reliability in federal contracting projects.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders, maintain automation frameworks, and provide clear test metrics and defect tracking.

Qualifications

Active MBI clearance required.
Hands-on UiPath development and testing experience.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks, scripting, and QA methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in government/federal contracting environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath RPA platform.
Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
Identify, document, and track defects through the full defect lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test requirements.
Perform regression, integration, and system testing across multiple environments.
Analyze test results and provide reports on test coverage and quality metrics.
Continuously improve test automation frameworks and best practices.
