Arrow Electronics is seeking an RPA Developer with UiPath experience to design, develop, and deliver automated workflows across business processes in a hybrid Denver office environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners and vendors, creating reusable automation assets, and providing production support for deployed solutions.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of UiPath experience and hold an Advanced Developer certification in UiPath.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath to meet business process and application requirements.
Collaborate with business partners, vendors and team members on automation workflows from design to implementation.
Gather requirements and propose the best automation solution based on those requirements.
Perform proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility of automations.
Prepare and maintain process design documentation and keystroke documents.
Ensure complete solutions including workflow, authentication, error handling, logging and performance tuning.
Create and manage reusable assets based on process patterns.
Provide production support for deployed automated solutions.
Adopt and monitor RPA best practices for reliable execution of automations.
Communicate status, risks, and ensure on-time delivery of developments.
